**Program Overview:**

The Professional Accelerated Route in Child Nursing is an intensive, master's level program designed for overseas qualified pediatric nurses aiming to integrate into the international healthcare workforce. Emphasizing the acquisition of country-specific standards and regulations, such as those in the UK, USA, and New Zealand, this course equips participants with the necessary competencies for efficient and competent practice in foreign healthcare systems. The PAR-CN program is divided into three comprehensive parts, each focusing on different aspects of child nursing and international healthcare practice:

  - Unit 1: British Culture Awareness in Health Care Sector (BCA001)

  - Unit 2: New Century Thinking for Nurses (NCSN002)

  - Unit 3: Research Methodology in Nursing (RM003)


- **Part 2: Language Proficiency and Clinical Communication**
